I have a system that includes the following:

HAI Omni Pro II firmware version 3.0a
HAI HiFi
Pronto 9600 remote
Pronto 9600 extender

Here is the problem: the hai activity responds fine, but when using the issue_command page to access predefined buttons, of the hai panel, from outside the hai activity, I get nothing, nada, zilch. Anyone else having these issues with the latest firmware? I have done this with hai version 2.16 quite a bit. So, I am at a loss as to what is happening.

Same exact setup. I just tried it with
"(99, 0, 1)" // toggle unit 1
and it worked for me. Are there specific functions that don't work or all 'ISSUE COMMAND' ones?

First, please describe exactly what you tried to do so assistance can be determined. Include what version of Pronto-Link you are using and firmware version of your 9600.

Second, any command described in the Omni-Link II protocol can be issued through the Pronto-Link to your HAI Controller. Reference HAI document 20P00.

HAI is in the process of posting a document describing usage of the API and it should be posted on the web site shortly. I can send it to you as it uses examples to show how to use the Pronto-Link API. Send me a request via RC mail and I'll send it to you.

Just figured it out. I inadvertantly used the old version of the prontoscript. Now using 2.0 and everything is aces.

For all interested, HAI posted the HAI Pronto Link API Usage Instructions PDF document on its Pronto-Link web site.
