Hello guys,
as the title says...
we have a Q-link system (c-box) with IP enabler that I'm trying to control from TSU-9600. So I downloaded module, merged it to a configuration I'm working on, filled out general parameters page. After downloading to a panel nothing happens. I do notice that pronto script has some labels by default and I'm guessing that the script may be looking into Vantage project for a same label so I'm using "Movie" button to try to make it work as there is one in both Vantage and Pronto. I'm also noticing TaskID button. Is this something I would need to address according to Vantage controller address?
Called pronto tech support but didn't get anywhere, they told me they will try to contact a specialist and get back to me and hopefully they will but in the meantime I thought there might be somebody that's done this already.
Thank you

Use hyperterminal (set to tcp/ip), or something similar, as a testing platform. This is free with XP.

Once you have that working then move into pronto world.

This makes things so much easier.

TaskID can be found in the Vantage programming. Every task has a different ID.

Never heard of TaskID in Vantage. Does this apply to q-link as well and if so where would I locate this info? I'm not familiar with In-fusion if that is where this is used.
Thank you

I just got of the phone with Vantage and like I thought Task IDs are In-fusion features, not Q-link. I didn't call Vantage tech support earlier because last time I did they had me on hold for about 45min. I guess I'll have to take a longer road and try to do it rs-232.
Thanks man
