Hi,

I've used PEP v1.1 on my vista laptop for quite some time now. Today I tried to open the program and this error message popped up

Look at some of your recent windows updates like msxml.

Search this forum and NG forum for info on MSXML as a possible source.

Was it an MSXML Update that caused the problem?
