I have downloaded the Media Center PC MCE PC Codeset 1299 from the database and my TSU9600 has a connection with my PC but it doesn't seem to work. My question is this codeset to be used with the Wifi or do I have to choose the wifi option? Is it using IR or is it sending out both? Does this codeset have to be used with the Padone or can it just communicate with my XP MCE computer using my wifi once MCE is turned on?
MCE control options? 1. IR remote control 2. Padone 3.? Is there another way of controlling MCE?

Should be able to control MCE using Girder via TCPIP if someone has written a Girder plugin for the pronto

The 1299 codeset works like any other codeset, sending out IR directly from the Pronto. You don't need Padone to use it but you obviously need an IR receiver on your PC.

I changed an existing server script in girder for tcp/ip, it is written in Lua script. Make a forum search.
