Hi,

I need to reset my pronto back to its original settings. Its the 9600 - how can I do this?

I keep reading that I need to hold a button for five seconds but nothing happens??

Do a full firmware reload. See Philips site FAQ for details. Involves holding firm2, 3, and 4 during a reboot. Make sure you download the firmware you need from this site. The original configuration can be found in the Pronto Projects folder in a folder named TSU9600 if I recall correctly.

Why do you need to put things back, if I may ask?

The steps for performing a full firmware update can be found here. Good luck!

So, can you not contact the installer and get the original config file?
