I am having the "The recent changes made are not saved into the Database" error. I browsed the forum and found two threads, suggesting to reboot because Windows updates may not have been properly applied. I did that, but to no avail.
Is this Windows or something else? Also tried it on the laptop - in the end I needed to get some codes learned - but also there it does no longer work. If it is Windows, it is time we all stop using the crappy software. It costs lots of money through lost time tracing problems that appear like magic.
Anyone any ideas? Tried to reach the Pronto guys, left a voicemail, nothing back yet. I am stuck.

There's a number of reasons you can get this type of error: Have you checked the DB file to see if it is flagged as read-only?
If memory serves, the DB is located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Philips\Common Database.
