Hi Folks, Is anyone having the same problem? I look at the clock on my TSU9600 and recently it has been showing completely the wrong time and day. It syncs fine and even after I change it on the unit it goes back. e.g. I changed it on the unit 5 hrs ago to EST and now it is showing the time as 12:02 PM Sunday! I'm using firmware 2.1.25. Any advice appreciated. Thanks. A.L.

For future reference, you always need to tell us the "Application" version. You need to be using App layer 1.3.4 as downloaded from philips. If you have this version, please reply back. I used to lose time but I have not done so in quite a while.
Also, it would be nice to have more information about your configuration. Are you using any Extenders? If so, which which and in which mode? Network vs Standalone?

Thanks for replying. The app version is 1.3.4. I am using the TSU9600 with an RFX9400 in standalone mode with IR extenders. Thanks

You might email your config file to prontoteam (at) philips (dot) com and explain your problem with time that slips away. Maybe there's a database code or something else that's causing this. For them to have the config file, that will save lots of time and hopefully help them to isolate the problem.
