Hi Everyone,

I own a TSU9600 and an RFX9600 extender. I love them.

I just put my hands on two nice Pocket PCs running Windows Mobile 6.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Pocket PC to send commands to the RFX9600?

I'd love to use these units as additional remotes and I don't want to have to double all my connections (IR, RS-232, etc) to my devices.

If I could send a command to the RFX9600 that would send an IR signal to IR port1 or send a command on RS232 port 2, that would be the ultimate in my book.

Anyone did that?

Thanks!

There was an open source project that aspired to reverse engineer the protocol for RFX9600. I believe it was called ProntoNIC. Might do a search for it both here and on google.
