Hi,
I have and old DVD (Yamaha DVD-S540) that I've controlled with my old TSU-3000 that is to be retired.

When I read the pcf into PEP1.1 , all I get is IR entries saying "Legacy Code"
- What does that mean?

I would like to carry this device over to PEP V2, as I cannot find this device in the V2 db.

The DVD is a repackaging of a Philips player (can't remember which) so I set it up as
a Philips, DVD(R), codeset 9127.
- Of course I cannot find codeset 9127 in pep V2, that would just have been to easy ...
- Also, the Philips version of remote codes has "eject" and some other stuff that works, but is not available on the original remote, so I'd rather use the Philips codeset if possible.

How can I get pass the Legacy code stuff (is it a problem?)
or should I pursue this in another way?

( You can't imagine how much I love not being able to se remote codes or
codeset info in the PEP DB)

Cheers
/eleson

If you download this file there is a DVD S550 PDF that has Philips RC6 format. It has Standard and Extended Codes.
