Using PEP 1.1 (Version 1.2.6.0 according to the "About" screen), I cannot install the O1R database I DL'd from the Philips site. When I attempt the database restore to replace "My Database", I get "Database restore failed!". Searched here using "O1R" and other terms, but no joy.

Some notes:

- I'm using Windows XP, installed PEP on my D: drive. The folder "d:\common files\pronto" has only "ComponentDatabase.db" in it.

- I tried to backup and restore whatever was in "My Database" as installed from the CD, and it appeared to work correctly. It created a BK . . .db file, I selected it for restore and it seemed to restore successfully.

- I made a copy of the \Pronto folder in c:\Common Files to see if not installing in the default location was the problem - no joy.

- I've DL'd and unzipped the file twice - same result.

I'm out of things to try . . . any suggestions?

It's designed for PEP V2 and will not work.
