Hi all,

Very new to this so I hope I've posted in the right place. I have a pronto TSU9600 which is controlling a Pan TH65PZ800 amoung different items. The problem I am having is that when I press the icon for watch CCTV it doesn't send the full list of commands. The list is as follows: Turn amp to tv input, turn TV to analogue TV, delay 0.20s, press 1 on TV, delay 0.5s, press 0.
The CCTV is just on channel 10. I have tried this with different delays between the 1 and the 0 ranginging from 0s to 2.5s. The remote does everything except for the '0'.
The IR code in the pronto works as I have tested it.

Has anyone got any ideas as I'm a bit beat. (its my first pronto.)

Many thanks

Are you using learned signals for the TV?

If so, do you know how to view the Pronto Hex for a learned signal in ProntoEdit?

Once you figure that out, post the Pronto Hex for '1' and for '0'. Maybe there is something flawed in the '0' signal to make it fail when used in a sequence.

What you've done sounds correct, so I can't make any suggestion that I would have any confidence in. But, you might fix the problem and or learn something about it by trying some changes and see how the TV responds.

I would try putting the command to turn the TV to analogue TV before the command to turn the amp to tv input. That ought to allow you to skip doing that .20s delay before the '1'.

Also, try the same sequence with different numbers, such as 1, 2 or 0, 9. I know you want 10, but it may help to know whether the problem is specific to 10 or to the '0' digit or to the second digit or what.

If using PEPv2...

Also ensure that you download and install latest PEPV2 editor and firmware on the remote as well. There is a well-known problem (from Philips Release Notes and FAQ) where database codes, when downloaded to the remote may not work.

You should also try adjusting the duration on your IR codes.
