at some point today the screen on my trusty old tsu3000 was cracked, rendering the old fella useless.
I'm considering the tsu9200 because I can't afford much more right now (DBL has them for around $80), but my only question is, can you paste discrete codes like you can with the other prontos?
or would I just be better off buying another 3000 for $20 on ebay?

Yes, you can paste discrete codes into the 9200.

If you can find a 3000 for $20 you are more diligent than me. I bought one for $50 which I thought was still a good deal, but I rarely see them that low. Occasionaly you can find a good deal on 3500's there as well which I much prefer over my 3000's

I think you can get the TSU 3000 screen fixed at Service Wide Technologies (Offical Philips Repair) for $150. I had mine fixed for about that amount in 2004 and they replace the whole unit for that price.

wow. you're right. I saw a bunch last night starting at around $20, but they sure go up quick!
