I have a yamaha YSP 4000 but cannot seem to find the codes in the Philips or the "Remote One" database. Can anyone help me with that. I am new to the remote and dont want to spend making the pronto learn from the yamaha remote

You should be able to download a CCF file from the Classic Pronto Files section or a PCF from the NG files section that will work (may be a different model number). These files can be imported into PEPv1 and the loaded in PEPv2 per stick threads in this forum and other posts that describe how to import codes into the database.
