Have an odd problem with text. The background for all the panels are various pictures, sized up in Paint Shop to 240 X 320, saved as png's. I've used these same pictures and layouts on three older 7500's for this customer, and others, all working as the editor shows and the Simulator. Been months since I did a new 9400 install. Bought 3 new 9400's and extenders for the job, checked and loaded firmware upgrades, imported the 7500 pcf's, and most everything worked fine. Obviously, some hard buttons didn't have links, but easy to fix. However, labels (text) added to the Panel Properties to overlay the pictures on a page, now doesn't line up in the same place as the editor shows or the Simulator. Usually it's a line too high or more, sometimes left a few blanks spaces as well. I can get it to line up again by redoing the text location on the page with spaces and added blank lines, but it looks out of place on the editor and Simulator.
Never had this problem with any of the editors back to the 1000. Running XP SP3 on PC and laptop, both do the same thing. All three 9400's do the same thing. Last 9400 was back in November, with whatever firmware was then. Been swamped with new prewires and installs, haven't had time since then for any of the Prontos. All customers had older 7500's, which worked with the new equipment fine until I had time for the 9400 upgrades. Wondered if I missed something in the "gotcha's" for the latest firmware or editor, or I'm just spaced out more than usual and missing something painfully obvious.
Thanks.
Dan

Dan,

What are the alignment settings for the panels in question? There was an issue in the 7X00 remotes with bottom or top vertical alignment where if you had an extra CR things went awry.

I will need more info, please.

I have the same problem with PEPV2 and TSU9600.

I use Default Blue empty round buttons (bmp5541) that can be found in the Graphic Gallery. Ihave 10 buttons, each of which with a single number as a label. Button 1 with number 1,button 2 with number 2,...., button 9 with number 9 and button 10 with number 0.

All button text alignment is Middle Center.

On PEPV2 I can see that all text are corretly centered. When I use the simulator or when I download the cnfiguration on the remote, the last button (with label "0") is aligend top center. To have a correct alignment on both simulator and remote, Ineed to insert a CR in the label. Alignment is then not correct in PEPV2.....
