Hi..

A friend asked me to program his 9600, just simple stuff, using the demo configuration...

However, his remote is stuck at the calibration setup... I get to click the 1st crosshair but the second one doesnt work, i click and the control panel doesnt beep.

Funny is that the touch panel IS working, on the 1st crosshair, tapping anywhere in the screen will cause it to beep, but on the 2nd nothing happens, no matter where i tap it doesnt do anything!

I dont believe the panel is stuck either because the firm keys beep when pressed, the reset combo also works.

I have tried updating firmware, and I even tested all the versions, with the full restore, and nothing, i get the same!

Anyone have an idea of what is going in?

What are you using to click with? You need to use the stylus that comes with the 9600 or a toothpick.

Sounds like maybe a bad unit.
