Does anyone have any problems when using the TSU9600 to learn codes.
After many years using the Pronto RA890, I have recently upgraded to the Pronto TSU9600 and I am experiencing some difficulty in getting the "learned codes" to operate equipment.
As a test I created a new device on both Prontos and "learned" the same button commands from my SKY + HD remote control. The RA890 had no problem controling the SKY HD box from any reasonable position in the room but, the TSU9600 struggled or didn't work at all from the same locations, even when the Super HEX codes were loaded.
As another test, I imported the file learned by the RA890 into the TSU9600 (converting from .CCF to .XCF format) and repeated the whole procedure. Result, absolutley no problem controling the equipment, the TSU9600 worked perfectly from any reasonable location in the room.
When examined, the HEX codes "learned" by each Pronto for the same functions were different.....does the software process the incoming data differently or is there something wrong with my TSU9600?
Any comments?

Stewart,
I'd suggest emailing the original CCF and your learned codes in your XCF to prontoteam at philips dot com.
Be sure to put both files in a zip and fully explain your problem along with the device (model number included) that you are having problems with. If they have the CCF, maybe that will help them along.
