Hi,

I just purchased a new Sony KDS-60A3000 TV and was wondering if anyone has a .XCF for it yet? The Tv's in that line are KDS-50A3000, KDS-55A3000 and the KDS-60A3000.

Or an older CCF??

Thanks
Randy

You can get discrete codes from the last topic on the Classic Pronto Files forum. Sony TVs pretty much use the same IR codeset so pick one there and simply relabel the codes if the functions are named incorrectly.

Try the codes included in the factory database for the KDF70XBR950, works fine for my SXRD

I have this exact tv, and I am problem with these codes. Have you experienced any further problems with this?

I had a TSU7000 that I recently "upgraded" to a TSU9600. I have had nothing but "challenges". I imported my CCF, and the Sony codes no longer worked. I relearned them from the remote, no luck. I used the database mentioned above, no luck. The problem is that when I use a combination. Example: (made up, dont have exact numbers in front of me) like a favorite chanel 123.1. I put links to 1, 2, 3, ., 1. I hit the button, and get like 23.1. I hit it multiple times to see if the code is not long enough, and get 23.1 every time.

I use the exact same timing and code on my tsu7000, and it works flawlessly. So, have you had any issues?

You need to increase the duration of codes for many Sony devices.

Any suggestions to how long? That would not explain how it works flawlessly on my 7000 and not on my 9400? (or is the default duration different?)

The hardware used is different so the behaviour can be different. This has come up several times. Try searching for something like Duration and Sony. Lyndel has often posted on this.

I searched a bit and came up with 0.25 to 0.5 seconds.
