I am seriously considering buying a tsu9400, but have lots of questions that I'd like answers to before I take the plunge,...
I live in the UK, but am travelling to San Francisco and LA in March. As the Philips range appears to be considerably cheaper in the US, I will be looking to buy during this trip.
1) Is there any difference between a US and European/UK model of the 9400 and it's accessories?
With my current setup, I don't think I require RS232 control as my main devices are all Pioneer and are all controlled via the plasma IR sensor (using SR+ cables). The only other devices I have are UK SkyHD boxes, that don't offer RS232 control. In order to control the Sky boxes, I will need to use addressable IR wands.
2) Will the RFX9400 wireless extender be sufficient for my needs, or will I kick myself that I didn't pay the extra for the RFX9600? I do intend to link the tsu9400 up to my media on my PC network.
3) Finally, where can I buy these products in the US? Are they readilly available in high streets / shopping malls?
Many thanks in advance,
David.

1) No difference accept that you have to get an adapter for UK power plug.
2) I kick myself for not buing an extender at all... Im not shure of which one Im going to get.
3) Try amazon.com if you have an adress for your stay in LA. I bought my 9400 through amazon.com and delivered it to a friend in New York. I paid with my swedish VISA.
