I have 3.0.15. I don't know if going from 4.0.17 to 3.0.15 is supported, but if you want it, PM me.

You know, I keep a complete archive of past firmware repeases for all Pronto remotes, including the TSU9600 and TSU9400, in the file area on this site... v3.0.15 is the only prior public release for the TSU9400.
