All,

I am building a "Photo Slideshow" device to display a series of PNG images of family. When this device is active, I want to hide the System Settings Button from the System bar so I can use the Real Estate to display the title of the Photo (pulled from the Page Title).

Can someone help me figure out how to hide this system button when I am accessing the Photo device--and restore when I go back to other devices?

Many thanks in advance.

Joel

You don't hide the system icons. You place something over them so that they are no longer visible.

Exactly Peter.

You can cover the icon on the page you are talking about or cut and paste it from the system page to every other page but the slide show, then delete it from the system page all together.

Did not think you could paste this icon on a Non-System page and it would still work. On the NG remotes, there was a Special Action Tools that could be used anywhere. However, on the Pro remotes, when you "copy" to a non-system page, you lose the action.
