I recently purchased a Dell Axim and the PDAWin software and have a EDV IR extender on the way. I've been using the time until the extenders arrival to put together my CCF.
As I've been getting it all together I occasionally load it on to the PDA and teach it some codes. I'll then try out the ccf layout. Well, somewhere along the way the CCF gets corrupted. I can use the CCF and it'll funcion fine, but when i try to copy it back over to my computer and use ProntoEdit to make changes it just crashes out or gives me an error message stating that it's an invalid ccf.
Anyone else run into this?

No, but I mostly use Tonto for editing my ccf's. You can try it for yourself, it's free.

I had the same problem when I first started, but I switched to Tonto and have not had a problem since. The only thing I miss about ProntEdit is the emulator

You can use ProntoEdit's emulator under Tonto. Just add the path to it in preferences.
