Every year we get an overwhelming response when we post our annual Home of the Year Awards winners.

However, those are just a percentage of the submissions for the contest that we receive, and there are plenty of worthy electronics and home theater installations to show off.

Last year, we started highlighting our Home of the Year Awards finalists as part of our Home of the Day spotlight. We’ll be doing the same this year, beginning very soon.




To whet your appetite until then, we've rounded up 25 of our finalists. We’re not giving away all of the information at this point, so stay tuned.

Lots of Woodwork
Along with beautiful woodwork, this theater features a SIM2 projector, Genelec speakers, Stewart Filmscreen, Cinematech seats, Lexicon MC12HD-EQ with LIVE feature, fiber-optic ceiling, all controlled with a Crestron TPMC-8X touchpanel. Installation by Integrated Home Systems.

Country Luxury
The dedicated home theater in North Carolina includes a 119” Draper Onyx screen, 12 theater chairs in two rows, Marantz pre-amp and amplifiers that drive the 7.1 set of Klipsch THX certified speaker system, a Vudu movie server, cable Explorer8300 DVRs for each member of the family, and a Sony 400-disc Blu-ray changer.
