Good Evening, all...I know this is an unusual request, but, I can't seem to find a replacement for a S-cape Wallhugger remote. I am wondering if there is a universal remote that could record the codes and use the universal to control my bed? The bed uses two remotes, one for each side. I can reprogram the second remote to capture my beds remote codes and hopefully have the universal remote capture the codes. I just need to capture the up and down codes. Anyone heard of such a thing. I have an old MX500 that I've never used or programmed. I'm hoping I can use something like that as a useable remote. The information on the remote indicates the following ... FCC ID: KDMBR20543T IC: 2004 102 224 RAVEN Any suggestions appreciated.

I imagine that's an RF remote, especially with an FCC ID, which means... it won't work.

Thank You, Daniel...appreciate the feedback. I guess buyers of beds need to ask the seller..."what do I do if the remote stops working?"

For clarity, I believe the correct FCC ID is KSMBR20543T. That shows this to be a 310MHz RF remote, which means there are no possible workarounds.

well there is a work arond , if you take your RF remotes and put relays (N/O connections) across the button contacts then use your remote to control the relays.

Well, that's more of a kludge than a workaround. :-)
