Aldi in the UK sold these at £4.99

as you see on the advertising they have a helpline and from my research they are rubbish and dont often help

The TEVION HELPLINE FOR the UK is located in Halifax, West Yorkshire UK and the telephone number is : 01422 263270

To be honest i would throw away that remote and buy a one 4 all that will do what you want and has customer support from the retailer and the company itself and a proper website.
