Hello;
I have 5 touch screens in a project, 2 TSW750 4 TSW1060 I try to talk to them with sip server. The Tsw750 also has no problem, it can call, it comes in a work call and shows an outgoing call. But TSW1060S also have a problem. The voice is coming and going. but when you get an incoming call, there's no ringing on the touch screens. By the way, I'm using Grandstream ucm6202 as the SIP server. I thought it was the SIP server, and I disabled it. Because sip server was sending the incoming and outgoing ringing tone. I hooked up touch screens as Pear to Pear. I wanted to ring the bell yourself. As if it plays when it is searched, tsw750 works fine in a way that did not have problems. but TSW 1060 VoIP reserved join De Ringring_fb, Ringback_fb and many of them do not come. I'm looking forward to your help with this.

I have TSW-1060s in my house working fine with 3CX, so I dont think its a TSW bug, assume it must be something in setup.
Other than that, at the moment, I cant help further. If I get time I will have a look at the SIP settings in the panel when I get home tomorrow.

What do you mean you wanted it on the other wall - couldn't you have mentioned this when we prewired? |

FYI the current firmware has a bug where the SIP ringer does not work. Waiting on a new FW.
