Has anyone heard of a limitation of 10 thermostats per DIN-AP3? Crestron is trying to tell my sales department that you need two additional DIN-AP3's in a project as there are 19 thermostats in the project.
TIA

They are cresnet. We have cresnet hubs and blocks allocated for these items as well. It's strange that we would have to have 2 additional DIN-AP3's just for thermostats.

Sounds like a mistake.
And you have the hubs which is all you would need for 20+ devices. So even if we say well a tstat is noisy so you split them on to 2 legs of a HUB 'cause you have the open BUS you are still fine.

Did you have tech sales do a quote for you ? If so, it can be overkill.
