Does anyone else use Crestron Labs Forum? I feel like I've been waiting for months for my account to become active. Is that site worth the wait?

Use it more than here.
Depends on your level of skill, what you do and what you think it is for.
I think it is freaking great, have worked with several devs on things gotten special support on site with engineers and get to beta test all kinds of products.
I know others who get in at alpha stage of things via labs.
Also it really is the best place right now for S#/S#P support

Gotcha, thanks. I just talked with Crestron tech support about it as well. I thought it was more of a general forum, like this one. I didn't realize it was more of a direct interaction with engineers and beta testing. I'm still an entry level programmer so maybe Crestron Labs is too advanced for me right now ;-)
Thanks, Mark

NP, yeah no offence but I have yelled at them for just handing out access to Labs for anyone that attends the 101 class.
The things discussed there are VERY advanced and it isn't a place for general questions or support.

I tried to sign up there and was told that you have to meet certain requirements first. I just started a company and am not a dealer at this time, so I got stopped at the door. I wouldn't call myself an entry level Crestron guy, either, but that doesn't matter - they want to see the paperwork.
And I get it...starting the business has shown me that. It doesn't matter who you are - you need to have the paperwork for whatever it is you're trying to do. That's why you sometime see a total dipshit get a business up and running, and ask yourself, "How?" It's a whooooole new experience for me.

I typically use Labs to confirm that Crestron have indeed fu#@ed their latest release VTPro yet again and my PC is in fact running fine.
I also yell on there from time to time. :) (working on a DGE2 project at the moment and VTPro is killing me!!!!)
