I just installed one last week and this problem has popped up. IPhones work fine. I called TS and they say it should work. All firmware on the IDOC is current as well as on the MC3 processor. It was built in SB

Only issue I've ever had is cover art. I have a GEN2 iPod and no issues with meta data.

Do you have the latest firmware on the iPod ? My customer does and I'm wondering if this is the problem.
