Is there any way to delay the after picture when pushing a macro button? I have pictures for before and after backgrounds and would like to switch pictures and hold the picture for 1 second before the actual macro jump to page command is carried out.

One second delay, then flip to the picture you want next.
Gunga.....Gunga....GU-Lunga

And since Ernie won't keep count, I will. Hes up to 249, and counting.

you could just use the same image for the before and after image, then put in a 1 second delay, then have it page jump to a different page with the image you want to display, execute the command, then jump to wherever the button needs to take you. If I understand what it is you are wanting to do.

Variables will definatley work better. Don't fear variables, let them envelop your soul! No really, it may take a bit to wrap your head around variables, but once you do you'll say "Why didn't this make sense? It's so easy!"
