I just got CCP up and running. I"m now having problems with the RF working. I have and MRF 350 its abobut 12 years old. Everything has been working. My remote started not working on some buttons.

Since I have started to reprogram, I can get all of the programming working on the remote, but I can't seem to get the area that has guide, erxit, OK select arrows working. I have an Arris DCX3635 and when I added that model in it gives me a code 242. Ive changed what was there originally, and added the new command in the IR macro box, but I'm getting no changes. I can work it up close by, but we sit a ways back in our normal seats. And that specific area i said doesn't work from there. Most everything else does.

Most everythinng else is working fine from the main, etc.

What should I be looking for?

Hope this makes sense.

Patty

IF you dragged codes from the IRDB which I cannot tell from your description if that is the case or not, and if you have assigned IR ports on the the MRF350 as you should, then the commands will not work.  You have to alias them from the device you have assigned the IR port to.

mrf 350 ports weren't changed from originally programming. So they are the same as before.

If I sit 10 feet from the entertainment center it works, 20 feeet it doesn't.

Having to relearn this program has been frustrating.

Any help is appreciated.
