I need to buy some IR emitters for my MX980/990/MRF350 gear.
I've got a few that work for some devices but not other devices.
And some that don't work at all.

Would really like to buy some known-good emitters that also do the visible flashy thing so I can tell when they're doing what they're supposed to be doing.

Suggestions?

To share my experience, these usually work but don't do the flashy thing.

i miss the version that had a female 3.5mm jack that you could stick on the back of the device. used to bury the head inside devices and make it easy to service.

you can point a phone camera at an emitter to verify IR response too. apparently doesn't work with iPhone due to some IR filter they have.

correction: does work on iPhone, but it's not as bright as my android.

Thanks! Looks like those are getting hard to find now.
I'll try to find a good deal somewhere.
