Anybody using CCP on a 3840x2160 UHD display manage to not have CCP open as a huge window covering most of the display? Nothing I've tried using compatibility and other scaling option properties has worked. Having to resize every time is a PITA :).

One of my laptops has a higher DPI display - not quite 4k but more then HD - and I set the "High DPI scaling override" for CCP to "System (Enhanced)" which mostly helps with the sizing.  Still not exactly like it would be if DPI scaling was set to 100% but much better then not having set at all.

Is that something you have already tired?

That's what I currently have it at, but it opens at about 80% of the screen and I have to resize it to about 30%. I assume you're applying to URCFrame.exe. Thanks for the info anyway.

I even tried some registry mods but they get reset anytime I run CCP. Guess it's URC's way of saying "Like it or go somewhere else ..."

I’ve had the opposite problem, where it opens up small, and I have to resize it for full screen. Whatever settings I tried did not help. Now have a newer laptop, and the issue has not changed. I resize it every time I open it.

Deleted original suggestion as it was unnecessarily cumbersome.

Changing the properties --> Compatibility --> Change High DPI --> High DPI Scaling Override to System on 'URCFrame.exe' (noted in a post above by DJ Garcia), has solved my CCP scaling problems.

This does not fix the issue of having to resize the window once CCP is opened.

I'll just keep resizing and moving, what the hell - I guess they won't be updating it :-)
