I have finally got just about all the buttons working. Tough one was the Vol+/Vol- because the TV sound is being controlled by the Dish.
My issue is: I have tried just about all the Dish Hopper 'Powers' I could find in the CCP Database and all end up messing up.
When I push the Dish remote power.... The TV and Receiver come on. Sometimes (before you hit the power button) the Dish Device will be already on sometimes not. But it works.
Using the MX900 'Watch/On' I can get the TV and Receiver to come on and a Pic so I know the Dish came on but no Sound.
How can I get the Dish Remotes Power button to the MX900? This is the first Dish Remote that will not allow 'Face to Face' learning.
Thanks,

Dish doesn't power your tv in. The dish remote is just programmed for whatever brand tv you have

Two things to check - make sure that your Hopper has IR remote enabled (in the Hopper's settings menus). Second, if the TV turns on when the Dish remote's power button is pressed, you may have HDMI control turned on in the Dish. I had some weirdness in a multi-room setup that turned out to be caused by the Dish's HDMI control implementation - turning off HDMI control in the Hopper's menu solved it.
My recollection is that I had to use the Dish remote when accessing the Hopper's remote control and HDMI control settings.
Hope this helps,
Mike
