What IR database works for Fire Stick?

I'm using the old faithful MX900 editor.

Thanks

Firestick does not have an IR input. You *can* use any Fire TV with an IR remote, but it will involve a hodgepodge of accessories in order to get it working.

You need something like this:

[Link: amazon.com]

Then use the xbox 360 code in the mx-900.

Hi All
First post on this forum(be gentle ).
I have a MX980, I have been able to program it for a Fire TV Stick 4K software version os 6.2.7.3 Home version 6240499.1
I'v got the
up
down
left
right
select
buttons working using an IR code for a YAMAHA RX-A1060 (IR Data ARV's and Amplifiers 1660 code set)
Im looking for the return and home buttons IR codes.
From what I read the IR codes I'v found are not suppose to work because the fire stick is RF only.
I have two fire sticks the IR code dose not work on the second one.
With my stereo receiver off the IR codes still controls the Fire Stick.
What is going on here?

Its probably being controlled via hdmi-cec. The Firestick is connected to the yamaha? So the yamaha commands are being sent via hdmi directly to firestick. Works the same when connected to Tv as well.

Thanks
"With my stereo receiver off the IR codes still controls the Fire Stick.???"

Now I guess I have to check the rest of the Reciver codes for other fire stick commands.

With the help of this pair of cables:

[Link: amazon.com]

You can countrol the Fire Stick by IR, just use the xbox 360 cofes in whatever universal remote you have.

I’m new to all of this. I have an mx 890. And I just program my remote for the first time last night. I have the accessory cable running through my Denon receiver. As far as I can understand I have the fire stick activity coded as Xbox one page 1. The receiver dongle lights up but I have no control
If I could figure out how I would post a screenshot

It can't just be the xbox code, it has to be the xbox 360 code. Ones different than the other.
