I need help. This remote does not qualify for this forum, but I really need help.
I am using a key digital KDMSW8x4 with a mx-350 and mrf-250 base station. The factory remote had no problem learning into my 350 and it works great as ir., but when i use rf it rarely works, My installers have tried eveything they can think of, anyone have any suggestions? Please help me

hold main and enter. Page over to RF. Press select button, and change RF ID to 1. On the bottom of the MRF250 change the RF ID to 1. The MRF250 has been very problematic. If you cannot make it work use the MRF300. We use the MX350/MRF300 combo all the time and have had GREAT success. It works better than an IR System.
