Did anyone else have trouble using the Oppo BDP-83 code set to control their device via RF? My Oppo would not recoginize the commands, however when I switched to [Oppo 3] it seemed to work and control the player. I am having trouble understanding how the exact code package for my dvd wouldn't work???

Any color about this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
C

How do you have the flasher from the base station setup. Are you using the IR input on the back or a flasher?

The rear IR input is a stereo jack, Power is on the tip, Signal is on the ring and ground on the sleve

Dont plug a mono in he rear jack, could damage your controller
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
