Hello:

Any help would be suggested on the following issue: I know the URC documentation state that the RFX-250i requires an i-type remote but it doesn't state whether the inverse is true. That is, does an i-type remote require an i-type base station to pair with the MSC-400? Or, can an i-type remote work with both? My suspicion is that i requires i regardless of direction but I wanted to be certain before I went forward.

Thanks,
John

"i" requires "i".

The "i" series remotes transmit at 433MHz, the regular series uses 418MHz. The "i" series antennas and stations only receive 433MHz, the regular series only receives 418MHz.
