Sounds like the newer URC RF products are as reliable as the RTI products. I will definitely consider simply replacing my MX-3000 (circa 12/04) with a newer one along with an MSC-400 in order to get bulletproof RF transmission. I will still be considering an RTI solution as well. Also under consideration would be an MX-3500 depending upon availability. Hopefully CES will shed some light on this product.
