I can't get my MX-810 to turn my TV on tonight. All I that happend when I select Activities, watch satellite TV, it brings up a screen that says component I at the top. No matter what button I push I can't get it to select a channel and bring a picture onto the screen.
Help. I'm a technically challenged older lady and really don't understand this. I've had this remote about 2 years and have always been able to get the TV on by pushing the guide button when this happens. BUT NOT TONIGHT.
I would appreciate any help, as I can't imagine wakeing up tomorrow morning without being able to watch the news with breakfast....

It may be that one of the devices is "out of sync". Try going into the help menu on the remote and it will walk you through a series of steps to get you back on track.

or your satellite box got turned off...or the tv got set to the wrong input, or...probably 5 or six other things that could have accidentally happend. start with the basics if you want to try troubleshooting, or try contacting a local installer.
