I downloaded a ccp file from russound to control a cav6.6 system. I have several remotes and they communicate with a MSC400 using RFID 0A. The downloaded ccp file had a MSC400 config set for RFID 10. Therefore I selected the RF in port and changed the RFID to 0A to match my setup.
Problem is that changing the RFID caused RF control for an MX900 remote in the ccp file to change all IR Output selections to "All" and it will not let me select Port 7 Serial.
Can one change the RFID once created in ccp or how do I correct/work-around issue?

With the MSC-400 simulator displayed, click on RF IN on the simulator. In the "Properties" window, you'll be able to change the RFID.

Thanks. I located how to change RF ID but changing it messes up the RF control screen so that it forces "All" under IR outpuut and will not let me select the correct port 7 for serial output.

Sorry, I misread your post. When I change the ID, I don't see anything changing in the RF control screen of the MX-900 in the Russound file. Is this after you merged the Russound file with your file?

No this was just a change to the straight Russound file so I could download to a mx900 remote and test the serial connecttion between the msc400 and the cav6.6.

Turns out that for Outputs >6 to be avialable, you must use RF ID 10 or greater.
