This is my first mx3000 experience. I bought a used older one with the oddball connector and it works fine except for this. I'm not trying to control anything yet, just pressing buttons, listening to the tick, and watching the pressed state feedback It will not send the IR code until the animation is over.
I believe because of this, It only allows button presses one about every second. If you try to go much faster it will not respond (very annoying.) This is on all buttons, hard and LCD. I have tried it without sound, calibrated the screen, called tech support, and so on and I just can't get it to respond like all of their other remotes..
