Hey it's been a while since I've been here and am having a few problems.

Question #1:
When I try to live update a couple of bars later say's download failed. I went to the URC and downloaded the most current version, ran it and asked to perform an upgrade.. New version is 1.12.224 is this current? Have to say I did not check it before performing the upgrade.

Question #2:
Reason for geting into the software, just dropped DirecTV for Verizon FIOS and am looking to program the new box are there or does anybody have the IR or discrete codes for a Motorola/Verizon HD/DVR QIP 6416-2.

Universal Data V1.65 if this is not current or recommended than what shoud it be

The download available from URC's site is now non-updatable. If you wish to obtain the software with live update enabled, contact the dealer in which you purchased the remote from. The current version is 1.12.273.

I just checked the latest version and it does not have any codes for the device you listed. You'll most likely need to learn the commands.
