....forgot to add: I'm starting to think our baby monitors might be the issue? They are a good 15-20 feet away though?? We use a TV and an audio one at the same time.

Try disabling the baby monitor and see if that helps any.

URC's supplied flashers work okay, For more consistency I use Elan's IRE2 flashers.
Are you having problems with single IR commands or Channel Macro's?
