ALL of my Universal Remote hubs (MRF-350, MRF-300) when coupled with any RFX (150 or 250) lose the IR Routing information when ran over cat5E or 16/4 longer than 25 feet.

The IR commands hold steady...but the IR port information doesnt. The IR commands are blasted out on all IR outputs. This is especially true when I setup two RF base stations in series with a 3.5mm cable jumpered between them.

ie. I setup in the software for devices A and B to be sent to RF Base Station ID A ports 3 and 4...

then I physically plug in emitters to RF base station ID X ports Z and Y (doesnt matter which ones I do it with) and the IR commands hit those devices perfectly....

Does anyone have success with an antenna over 25+ feet and IR routing with 'like' components? I have installs that dont have similar hardware and they obviously arent experiencing this issue. These installs have antennas upward of 100' of cat5E. I am using multiple pairs for the ground, voltage and data on all my cat5E runs.

Five of my installs do however incorporate 'like' components and antenna's over longer distances and ALL of them are having this problem. When I connect the same antenna to the same configurations with the provided 3.5mm cable the IR routing magically comes back...unfortunately I cant alwasy use the 12' cable that came with the system to obtain 100% "non-sluggish" RF consistency.

I am currently having problems with installs containing:
2 Denon 1720's (both are responding to IR commands on SEPARATE hubs that are slaved via a 3.5mm cable, there is one RFX-250 antenna connected via Cat5E about 35 feet away).

2 Denon 1920's (both are responding to IR commands on the same hub with IR port 4+5 setup in the software. RFX-250 is again connected with Cat5E about 50 feet away)

2 Dell 23" LCD's (both are responding to IR commands on SEPARATE hubs that are slaved via a 3.5mm cable, there is one RFX-250 antenna connected via Cat5E about 35 feet away...this one I tested with the same antenna connected over 16/4 at 25 feet away, however, I put the antenna in the same room as the remote control, just ran a 25' 16/4 cable throughout the room)

4 Comcast Motorola Boxes (all are responding to IR commands on the same hub, there is one RFX-250 antenna connected via Cat5E about 60 feet away)
3 DishTV Receivers (all are responding to IR commands on SEPARATE hubs that are slaved via a 3.5mm cable, there is one RFX-250 antenna connected via Cat5E about 25 feet away)

URC has been less than responsive with my issue. Based on the design of the MSC-400 I should have better experience and results (seeing as it stores the IR routing table in the processor and doesnt rely on the RF encapsulation of that information)...but at first glance it looks as though I will be throwing out all of my hard work on the MX-3000 editors I have out in the field. It looks as though Ill have to redo all the variables, macros, programming into the MSC-400 in order to repair/incorporate functionality that was mis represented in the MRF line. Anyone else experience this or get it to work correctly?

Again, the independent IR commands work great....but somewhere along the RF-IR transmission the RF router is losing the IR routing information....this is a very controlled issue that I have tested and determined 25' to be near maximum length true for 3.5mm extensions, 16/4 cable, and Cat5E. Any suggestions or similar/disimilar experiences?
