Hi everyone !!!

Please help if you know what I can do.

I have a MX-9000 and MRF 350 and RFX 250 located in another room that I put all my equipments in. I have been using the remote through the wall for a year. 2 days ago, it stopped working.

The MX-9000 still works if you point to each individual equipment. So the IR works. However, the RF doesn't work anymore.

The RFX 250's rf led no longer lights up. The status on the MRF 350 no longer lights up when the remote is pressed.

I don't know if the remote is not sending the RF signal anymore or that the RFX 250/MRF 350 is not longer picking up the RF from the remote.

The power led works on both the MRF 350 and RFX 250 so that the units are getting power.

I have been reading on the web and the manual and have pretty much given up.

Please let me know what else I can try?

Thanks in advance,
Scottie

What cable are you running from the MRF to the RFX? The mini or via molex connector?

I think I've isolated to the fact that the remote is not transmitting the RF.

Did anyone resolve this? It's the first time I have experienced this myself. Is it the remote or base station?
JD.

If you haven't done so yet replace the batteries in the remote or at the very least remove them and re insert. Also, remove and restore power to the MRF 350. If the problem is not resolved reload the MX 900 software making sure to check the RF ID.
