I am getting an error when synching a new config to MX 3000 editor. There is a pop up that reads "Connected USB Socket Default" that gives a hide/disconnect pop up box that will not go away. I can't get his configuration over. It freezes up with this message every time I try to synch. Can anyone help or provide insight?
