Hello,

First, sorry for my bad english...but I promise that I am doing my best.

I bought an MX-3000 2 or 3 years ago on ebay. I was using it until I change my Tv, my receiver and my satellite receiver; so I used the original remotes during the last 6 months; but I want to use my MX-3000 again now.

So I have decided to reprogram it, but when I am trying to learn a new code or to copy a code from the "Pre-programmed IR Database", there is no IR signal produced by the remote; however I am trying to test the new learn code, or I transfer the new programmation to the remote and disconnect it; it is always the same, no IR code is send.

I tried with the last update program (v.1.30.003 beta) and because that was not working, I re install the MX-3000 Editor and tried with the 1.20 version, but it is still the same.

I am sure there is no signal going out of the remote, because I am using the HotlinkPro Infra Red Extender, and there is a confirmation Led lighting when an IR code is receive; and when I am sending an order with my MX 3000, the led is not lighting; with my new programation or with the old one...

Have you got any idea of what this problem could be ? or what can I do to repair it ?

I have to precise that I had an MRF-250 with it, but I am not using it anymore, and that it is correct in the part "program", "RF control", all my devices have the option "IR and RF" selected.

I am waiting for your answers

Thanks
Queuf

Check your RF Control settings (click Program/RF Control) make sure that all your devices are set to either IR or IR/RF for signal and that the IR Output is set to ALL. Other than that....... I am not sure. Hope that helps.

Yes, he said he already tried that.
Queuf....Are you trying these codes from hard buttons or LCD buttons? Is it possible that you are trying to test using the main page's hard buttons (where there there are no IR codes present,) instead of navigating to the device and then testing?
