I have gotten the .pcf file from the Marantz website for the SR-7001 but it is in the Wizzit-9 format for a RC-9500. My company has never bought one of those. Only the RC-5400 (Wizzit 1.2). My question is, I need to get these codes into MX-3000 format and don't want to have to go through the whole process of having to transfer the RC-5 and RC-5x codes into a .ccf and then learn into a MX-3000. Is there a short cut or do I have to do it the hard way?

Right now, the hard way. By the way, the MX-3000 Editor will have hex input as part of the Universal Browser soon. They are working on it. In fact, it was in the Editor at one update but was removed the next, apparently in order for hex codes to more easily be implemented.
But, for now, the hard way.
