I'm getting the following error when I try to upload (or download)from a 950: failed to load library - rapi.dll
I completely uninstalled CCS and reinstalled, no change. It's on a Dell Latitude running Win2k. Had no problems working with a 900 last week...
Any ideas?

rapi.dll is provided with Microsoft ActiveSync, which is used to communicate with the 950... download and install from microsoft.com and you'll be sorted out.
