I have an old version of the MSC-400 editor that does not support my MX-810's. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it or the complete control suite, as I am not a professional installer?

contact your dealer where you purchase the MSC-400, they should give you the software

The MSC-400 came with my house, and I am trying to upgrade to MX 810's. I don't know where my MSC-400 came from

Call URC (800-901-0800) and tell them your dilemma. They should be able to help you, either with the software or with a referral to someone locally who can help.
